I began training with Jeremy around January 8th, and at that time, I weighed in the neighborhood of 210-215 lbs. I was overweight, and hadn't been eating right for quite some time.

Jeremy tailored not only the approach to my workouts, but also helped focus on my nutrition. Since then, I have gotten stronger, my cardiovascular health has improved dramatically, and I'm eating better than ever.

So far, I have lost 22 lbs, my clothes fit great, and I'm working to get down to 180-185. Jeremy is a very good trainer; supportive, encouraging, and challenges you to continue to get better.
